ArtLab - Art journal

ArtLab is an art practices based journal for publication of contemporary writings on art that would be informed of the current global/ regional trends, ideologies and debates. Published in Sinhala and Tamil languages, ArtLab includes original essays written by Sri Lanka writers and translations of well known essays written by international art critics and art historians that are pertinent to stimulating the local art debates. The journal also target the university level art readership. ArtLab is a peer reviewed journal published annually. Artlab has been financially funded by HIVOS.

Artlab seek essay contributions from art writers worldwide. Any prior published essay in English will be considered if relevance in the content is established. Sinhala and Tamil translation of essays written in English will be published in the Artlab journal.
