Theertha has facilitated number of skill development programs. This is to provide additional training in art management aspects, communication and articulation skill development and improving the IT knowledge of visual artists. Primary objective of the Artists' Skill development program is to allow the artists to increase their potential to improve their art personalities, to connect with the international art community and to access current art knowledge.  Theertha over the years have granted over 50 scholarships for selected artists to under go English language training, computer & internet exploring, workshops on desktop publishing and graphic design.
